Inferring a trajectory inference using Periodic PrinCurve

Source: R/ti_periodpc.R

Will generate a trajectory using Periodic PrinCurve.

This method was wrapped inside a container.

ti_periodpc(ndim = 3, maxit = 10, run_environment = NULL)

Arguments

ndim

integer; (default: 3; range: from 2 to 10)
maxit

integer; (default: 10; range: from 0 to 100)
run_environment

In which environment to run the method, can be "docker" or "singularity".

Value

A TI method wrapper to be used together with infer_trajectory
